Interface explanation of effects, skills and upkeep - Guild Wars Forums

Anyone got a nice newbie explanation for these three interface items:

Skills monitor
Upkeep monitor
Effects monitor

The skills monitor shows which skills your current target is using. You'll want to pay attention to this if you are equipped to interrupt foes casting or using skills. It's also useful when using trying to capture skills from a boss, as a Signet of Capture works by capturing the last skill used (as long as you are of the appropriate profession for the skill). Mousing over a skill in the skill monitor shows its description.

The upkeep monitor shows which enchantments you are maintaining. The icon associated with the enchantment is shown, as is the name of who it's cast on when moused over. Double clicking the icon will remove the enchantment and allow you to regain the energy regeneration that would otherwise be tied up in maintaining the enchantment.

The effects monitor shows what is currently affecting you, such as hexes, enchantments, conditions and nature rituals. Hexes have a purple border with an arrow pointing down, whereas enchantments have a green border with an arrow pointing up. Mousing over anything in the effects monitor will give you a detailed look at what each of them do.
